2016年投產(chǎn)的河南安陽河卵石破碎制砂生產(chǎn)線，位于安陽縣安豐鄉(xiāng)，先篩分后破碎整形，綜合時產(chǎn)500噸左右。該破碎生產(chǎn)線采用黎明重工設(shè)備加工鵝卵石，先篩分，較大物料進(jìn)入HJ98高能顎式破碎機(jī)破碎，后循環(huán)進(jìn)入HPT300多缸液壓圓錐破碎機(jī)細(xì)碎，再經(jīng)VSI5X1145鵝卵石制砂機(jī)整形制砂，成品骨料提供給工程工地攪拌站等，服務(wù)于當(dāng)?shù)毓?、橋梁、建筑等工程建設(shè)。

該項目以河卵石為原料，設(shè)計產(chǎn)能每小時500噸。生產(chǎn)線配置包括振動給料機(jī)、高能顎破、多缸液壓圓錐破、5X制砂機(jī)等核心設(shè)備，形成完整的破碎篩分系統(tǒng)。其中5X1145制砂機(jī)采用深腔型轉(zhuǎn)子設(shè)計，兼具破碎與整形雙重功能，成品砂粒形圓潤，級配優(yōu)良。

工藝流程
此次客戶加工的原料為河卵石，含有大量的天然砂資源，因此我們?yōu)榭蛻襞渲玫纳a(chǎn)線方案為：物料通過GZD1500×6000振動給料機(jī)進(jìn)入YKN2675振動篩，將小于150cm的物料篩分出來，大于150mm的物料進(jìn)入HJ98高能顎破進(jìn)行粗破，經(jīng)過破碎后的物料，粒度大于50mm的經(jīng)過調(diào)節(jié)料倉進(jìn)入三臺HPT300多缸液壓圓錐破進(jìn)行中細(xì)碎，后經(jīng)過振動篩篩分，大于32.5mm的物料需再次進(jìn)入圓錐破進(jìn)行破碎，小于32.5mm的物料則進(jìn)入5X1145制砂機(jī)進(jìn)行整形，整形后的物料通過XSD3620洗砂機(jī)清洗后即為砂石骨料，最終的成品粒度為31.5-20mm、20-10mm、10-5mm、5-0mm。

工藝流程
原料經(jīng)過初級篩分后，大塊物料進(jìn)入高能顎破進(jìn)行粗碎，中等粒度物料通過圓錐破精細(xì)破碎，符合要求的物料進(jìn)入5X制砂機(jī)整形。制砂環(huán)節(jié)采用閉路循環(huán)設(shè)計，不合格物料返回再次破碎，確保成品質(zhì)量。最終產(chǎn)出0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm、20-31.5mm四個規(guī)格成品。
