生產(chǎn)工藝流程

玄武巖物料經(jīng)過TSW1345給料機均勻輸送至PE900×1200顎破進行粗碎，隨后進入HPT500圓錐破進行細碎處理，最后通過兩臺圓振動篩分級篩分，輸出符合要求的成品骨料。

現(xiàn)場情況

哈爾濱巴彥碎石生產(chǎn)線于2016年投產(chǎn)，主要用于加工玄武巖。物料由TSW1345振動給料機源源輸入，進入PE900×1200深腔顎破進行初級碎碎，隨后由HPT500多缸圓錐破進行二級破碎，3YKN3075及3YKN2475振動篩完成石子的篩分，最終輸出符合粒度要求的成品。值得一提的是，該客戶是巴彥縣HPT系列多缸圓錐破的使用者，該項目也是同地區(qū)采用二段破碎達到350t/h產(chǎn)能的生產(chǎn)線。
